GENERAL INFORMATION

Dear Prospective Renter:

It gives us a great deal of pleasure to be able to offer you the use of our unique home. Please treat the home like it was your own.

WHAT WE OFFER:

1) A two story log home on 10 acres in a quiet rural area next to Orchards and Horse Ranches. The home is only about a 15 minute drive to the City Of Ellensburg and approximately 5 minutes to the Yakima River, and many Kittitas Valley attractions.

2) The home sleeps six: two bedroom(downstairs with one queen bed and upstairs with two queen beds), one loft room with one queen bed. All beds have linens, pillows, comforter, and blanket.

3) The home has room controlled heaters, a Fireplace (gas), a wood stove, an electric stove, microwave oven, washer and dryer, color TV, VCR , DVD, and telephone. The home is completely furnished including towels and linens. Everything from pots and pans to books to read and ice maker are provided for your comfort.

1) That you understand that the modest rent is made with the understanding that you will leave the home as you found it.

2) That you bring your own food, beverage, clothes, and sporting activity.

3) That you reverse or use a credit card for all long distance calls.

4) Keep your group quiet, respectful of the neighbors, and under control.

5) No hunting on the property.

PETS

As to pets, we do not allow them in the cabin. The problem is people with allergies who come afterwards. We apologize for any inconvenience. So all pets and horses outside. You are required to clean up after your pets.

LOCATION:

The home located southeast of Ellensburg about 5 minutes from the Yakima River and a few miles from the intersection of I-82 and I-90. We will email the map and complete direction after the reservation is complete. with key after full payment.
