2) Fiqure How long you are staying @ $190/night (plus the $250 security deposit)
3) Read and Understand Policy
4) Print the Vacation Rental Agreement Vacation Rental Agreement. Read and Understand this.
5) Sign the Vacation Rental Agreement and Fax to 530-405-1002
6) Reserve by using Visa, Mastercard, etc.
through the secure system using PayPal. Click the link
below (may take a few seconds to appear.) After
your purchase, a link to download your reservation will be sent to your email
account. (PLEASE Note Cancellation Policies and processing fee applied for any cancellations or refunds.)
7) Please call my cell at 916-642-2850 to verify availability prior to payment.

During the Watering Season, about Mid April through Mid October(and after rain), there is Water in the small Irrigation Ditch through the property. Keep a watchful eye on young and/or small children and do not let them play in or near the Ditch. Water can range in depth from none to about more than a foot deep, it varies. For the past 30 years we have had no problems with this under the watchful eye of parents of family and visitors.
It is your responsible to watch you children.
Please note that during winter conditions, snow and ice may be present. Please be careful when driving or walking on the driveway and around the cabin. We generally keep most of the driveway clear of most of the snow, but conditions change and ice/snow may be present. So please be aware of slippy conditions.
